If it’s a fit, we’ll send over the initial paperwork and invoice for your deposit or fee (depending on the trip-type) and then we are ready to get down to business.

Standard Booking Services

This service is meant for:

We’ll do the research, find the best options to fit your needs, book & service the reservations, providing guidance all along the way. We will also make sure you are getting the best value and every available amenity!

This service requires a non-refundable research deposit of $100. An additional deposit will be required by the travel provider to confirm the booking(s).

*If you have already chosen your cruise, resort, or hotel and just want us to book it for you to make sure you get the best service and amenities, this deposit is not required.

Custom Itinerary Design

A custom itinerary is for you if you are looking for:

A multi-city/destination tour that is tailored specifically to your desires (not prepackaged)

Day-by-day itinerary planning (tours, activities, restaurant recommendations, self-guided exploration tips…all of the finishing touches)

Concierge-Level Service Includes:

Discovery call

Detailed proposal, customized to your preferences and delivered digitally (including an app you can download)

Two revisions, based on your feedback
Tips, restaurant and activity recommendations, city guides & troubleshooting advice

Access to exclusive industry rates and travel suppliers who don’t work directly with consumers

Complete trip management (payments, requests, confirmations & reminders)
Travel documents loaded into the app that can be accessed even if you are offline

Support before, during, and after the trip

The price for this service starts at $250.00, depending on the scope of work. This is a non-refundable fee that covers the time involved in researching and crafting a highly customized travel experience for you, and will not be applied to the balance of your trip.
